Breeding

During the breeding season birds show a more increased vigour and vitality, but with  less aggressive mannerisms. A higher fertility count with more young is one consequence, and the young benefit from optimal development as well as having a faster growth, also as stated previously valuable older birds often regain their lost fertility.

Travel & Showing

 A further effect/benefit gained with Wittisan Run is the noticeably-faster physiological and psychological regeneration /recuperation of the birds immediately after a stressful event, such as travel, showing, or  fright etc.

Moulting

When Wittisan Run is used, birds go through, and finish the moult considerably faster, and a strong, robust formation of feathers is observed. The risk of disease is also lessened at a very vulnerable time.

Use and Dosage: 0.04gm per small bird 0.1 to 0.2 gm per large bird. Measure supplied 1.02grams. Mix with soft food, sprinkle on fruit or bread & milk coating seed, pulses, dry fruit etc with Energy Oil (see below) is highly recommended (though not essential) as the Lecithin in the oil acts as a catalyst to some of the plant derivatives in the Run accelerating their process, Lecithin is also extremely desirable for improving feather quality in our birds. Using the 1.02g measure supplied with the Run tub is the most economical way. One measure is adequate for 50 small birds i.e. Budgerigars, Cockatiels etc., for larger  birds such as parrots like African Grey’s etc one measure to 12 birds is sufficient.

NOTE: You can not overdose your birds on Run. Using the above dosage’s as a rough guide A 100g tub of Run will last approximately 98 days at a cost of18.8p per day. A 400g tub of Run will last approximately 392 days at a cost of 14.08p per day. The tubs have double lid sealing system, and there is a very good shelf life even after opening.
